Transmed (China) Co., LTD was founded in 2005 as manufacturer of endoscopic instruments in China. Since then, Transmed has gained lots of experience and expertise in high-volume production of disposable biopsy forceps and clips, whereas these services were primarily offered as Private Label Manufacturer for customers in Europe, US, South East Asia and other regions or countries. 

In the course of time, the company has developed into one of the largest manufacturers of biopsy forceps in China, with main focus on a consistently high quality and competitive prices. 

In order to build a broader business basis and prepare for the changing requirements in the markets and in regulatory aspects in OEM business, the company decided to launch products also under its own Transmed label and in addition to the existing business model. Today, Transmed´s portfolio consists of single-use biopsy forceps and hemo-clips, a range that will be gradually expanded in the future with additional products.
